🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are freshly packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of placement. Standard doorstep delivery takes 3 to 7 working days across India depending on pincode availability. We offer FREE Shipping on all retail orders above ₹499.
🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support@kaapikudil.com. For damaged, wrong, or missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof. Approved refunds will be credited via Razorpay back to your original payment mode within 5-7 working days.
🔒 Privacy Policy
We respect customer privacy. We collect Name, Phone, Email, and Shipping details solely for processing orders. Online payments are end-to-end encrypted via Razorpay. We do not store card details, UPI PINs, or sell personal data to third parties.
📜 Terms & Conditions
All prices are in INR and include taxes. Wholesale corporate B2B pricing applies only to approved business partners with a minimum order requirement of 5kg per product item.
